Carlos Rodriguez Carreras

Director/Cinematographer

Carlos Rodriguez Carreras is originally from Spain. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Film Production from Spring Hill College and a Masters of Liberal Studies in History from University of Oklahoma. He has worked in the communications, television broadcasting and film industry for over 30 years, the State of Florida in environmental communications and documentary production. He also worked in the music recording industry for Coast to Coast Music and Roadshow and has produced contemporary music, gospel and classical music.

As cinematographer and director of Twenty-First Century Studios, he brings years of creative experience producing training and corporate communications, feature film production, music recording, publishing and branding campaigns. His community connections to non-profit organizations includes technical management and consulting, film series, documentary programs and live events. His academic research led him to teach Humanities, History and Film at various Universities and Twenty First Century Studios houses students and apprentices from Universities and an L.A.based film School

Wojciech Stuchlik

Producer

Wojciech Stuchlik is an international film producer originally from Poland with over 15 years of experience specializing in high-end co-productions, investigative narratives, and bridging the gap between European financing and global distribution. He focuses on leveraging international tax incentives and grants—specifically from the Polish Film Institute (PISF)—to bring powerful stories to the screen.

Wojciech’s career is marked by a diverse portfolio that ranges from award-winning documentary hybrids to large-scale scripted features.

He has won the European Film Award for Best Animated Feature. In the non-fiction space, he produced an investigative documentary series focusing on intimate and high-stakes human stories.

His extensive scripted credits include serving as Executive Producer Throughout various projects, collaborating with visionary directors such as Mariusz Palej, Michał Szcześniak, and Konrad Aksinowicz.

Wojciech’s unique value lies in his deep understanding of international post-production logistics. By partnering with top-tier European studios like Cineline, he specializes in securing "finishing funds" and high-end technical deliverables that meet the rigorous standards of global platforms such as Netflix and HBO.

A former student of Emmy-winner Rachel Lyon at Queens College, Wojciech combines a foundation in socially aware storytelling with a pragmatic, results-driven approach to independent film financing.

Cassidy Reitnauer

Associate Producer & Creative Strategy Lead

Cassidy specializes in creative strategy and production, guiding projects from pre-production through post. She has experience across film, television, digital media, and branded content, and has spent much of her work directing and shooting photoshoots and film productions, overseeing planning, styling, on-set execution, editing, and broadcast delivery. As Associate Producer, she works across creative direction, marketing, and multimedia production, bringing a clear, intentional approach to every project she develops.

Jorge Acosta Romano

Graphic and web designer. Video and animation editor

Jorge Acosta has extensive experience in the advertising, communications, and marketing industry, having worked for leading companies in South America. Originally from Uruguay, he has over 25 years of experience working for government agencies in that country. He has also worked as a radio and television broadcaster in Uruguay and is a musician with over 30 years of experience in rock bands and musical projects. 

Since 2014, he has been part of the TwentyFirst Century Studios team, handling website design, editing, and production.

Ellin Iselin

Arts, entertainment, and communications professional

She holds advanced degrees, including a Doctor of Arts and multiple master’s degrees, with academic work rooted in philosophy, religion, journalism, and classical studies. Her professional experience includes key roles at WJCT Public Media and the FSCJ Artist Series. As a long-time instructor at Florida State College at Jacksonville and a former faculty member at Jacksonville University and the University of North Florida, she has taught humanities, English, and mass media communication while also directing writing and tutorial centers. Her background is complemented by published work, community involvement, and recognition for achievements in broadcasting, writing, photography, and service.

Public Relations and Child Faciliator

Hugo’s high energy as a professional film canine also brings his talents for Twenty First Century Studios’ internal company’s public relations and children’s entertainer when minors are involved in studio activities. He has the explicit official endorsement from the line of dobermans which normally represent the company.
